I took my grandmother's 1940 or 50 something sewing machine here. Having operator error issues meaning I'm having tension issues or not knowing what I'm doing. Spoke to Bill. Super nice guy. He's going to look at it and see if he can get my tensions set correctly. And also found out I had my bobbin in wrong.
I was in desperate need for help with my new to me serger. I could not get it threaded. I called them. They told me to bring it in. They spent about 30-45 minutes getting it threaded for me. They were great! They were able to spot the one part of the threading directions that neither the book or the video covered. Thank you so much!
They had just what I needed to get our Kirby G3 vac back up and running again. The prices are reasonable too. The part I replaced was an easy fix but if you need serious work on either a vacuum or sewing machine, this is a good place to take it.
Will always do business with them. Very knowledgeable, very nice. Gave me 30 day warranty on repairs on my Kirby vacuum cleaner. They even cleaned my vacuum up before returning it to me! Didn't expect that! They go above and beyond.
