My husband and I went in to USCellular to upgrade our phones and talk to them about the possibility changes coming g with T Mobile. A wonderful young lady by the name of Skyla Redmon immediately spoke to us when we entered and was a complete joy to work with. She answered all our questions and was very knowledheable concerning the new phones. After completing our transaction we left feeling very well taken care of.
