Update: Uchenna Nwokorie, Chief Executive Officer, finally responded via email in October 2022 and eventually sent me an estimate on 10-12-22 for 13 windows totaling $11,215 which is on the higher end for standard vinyl windows. I've called, texted, emailed and inboxed this company for the past week and no one has responded. I don't think they're in business anymore.
This is an exceptional company. The entire process from quote to install was handled promptly, professionally and efficiently. I received replacement roof and window quotes. My 1980s home had original windows and a 9 year old roof. No pushy sales tactics. All my questions were addressed and answered to my satisfaction . Everything was clearly explained including material selection, installation process, cost and timeline. I was kept apprised of material delivery, team arrival and storm related timeline shift. The installation was flawlessly executed. After installation there was a walk through to insure I was satisfied with results. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this company. Clear and consistent communication, courteous and personable staff. I highly recommend this company.
When I initially contacted the Urban Remodel for an estimate, the customer service and response time was impeccable . They were very polite, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would surely refer other homeowners.
