***DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY*** Urban Capitol Roofing replaced the roof and sky lights on both our home and rental property. After 6 months, the rental property roof started to leak, water damage inside drywall and skylight seemed to not be installed correctly. No biggie, it happens. But when we called them to come by and fix it, they simply went MIA. We are going on three months and I still can not get them to come by or answer texts, phone calls etc. Have left messages for Moe, Meghan etc. No answer. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I honestly do not understand. If I could give them a zero, I would.
