Received an amazing service from Kim!!! Had been looking for a place to fix my luggage for the longest. Paid $45 to get the side box stitched plus my handle rescrewed back in. Wait time- 1 week then my box was ready to pick up. Cash only!!! You’re given a yellow tag and you bring it back to collect your order and pay.

I've been going to University shoe & Repair for years. They Do a very good job with everything I bring them. From shoes to my tuba gig bag. They fix it all.

Two stars because the couple that runs it seem very sweet. I brought in my bag as the zipper was broken and the man suggested to place a metal pin instead of replacing the whole zip as it was cheaper. He tried to spray paint the pin black but there was a chip so I asked him to re-do, and then he ended up spray painting my fabric bag black… when I said he sprayed it black he tried to spray paint it blue again. I don’t understand why they could just remove the pin, respray it, then put it back on the bag instead of ruining my bag.
