As a first time homeowner who has seemed to have everything go wrong, United Well and Pump Service LLC was such a positive experience. Nick was very educated and provided such detailed explanation of the process. He gave us all of the options and wanted to work with us to fit the budget we had. I could not say enough great things about their service. The customer service, proactivity and overall craftsmenship was beyond what we could have imaged.

I’m so glad I found Nick at United Well & Pump Services. Back in December, we were short on water and called a local company nearby. They charged us several hundred dollars just to drop a few chlorine tablets in the well and told us we needed to frack the well , an expensive and invasive process. Thankfully, I called Nick for a second opinion. He came out with the right tools, thoroughly assessed our well, and confidently told us that fracking wasn’t needed. Even more impressive, he didn’t charge a dime for that visit. He saved us thousands of dollars with honest, knowledgeable advice. Yesterday, I had Nick come back to replace our well pump (the original from when the house was built), and he did a fantastic job. Everything is working perfectly. His professionalism, expertise, and respectful attitude toward both me and my property truly stood out. He’s easy to talk to and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. United Well & Pump Services will absolutely be my first call for anything well-related in the future. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I contacted United after a poor experience with another company who damaged my pipes and left me to figure things out on my own. Nick excels in what his competitors failed to do for me. His prompt response time and patience in answering all of my questions and concerns was above and beyond. I appreciate his strong work ethic and “no days off” mindset. After reaching out to a local well company and not hearing back I made a post on well drilling page and Nick was quick to reach out and give advice/suggestions. Low & behold he was about 40 minutes away. I was able to get a quote provided very fast. I signed and Nick came out about a week later. His work was immaculate and he had no problem explaining every step of the way to me as well as finding out water level for us etc. We had him remove our well pit & backfill, install a pitless adapter as well as a brand new pump as ours has seen better days. Would definitely recommend doing business with United Well & Pump if you’re local!
