HOPE came out to check on my tankless water heater that was not working. They worked tirelessly to locate the problem, only to find a pipe in the attic that was installed improperly. HOPE not only fixed the pipe but also did the yearly maintenance to ensure the unit worked properly. They are professional and trustworthy. I cannot say enough about my experience with HOPE!
Hope Mechanical saved the day for us today. Our propane boiler went down yesterday and today the technician from the company we used previously had no clue how to fix it and left. We called Hope Mechanical, got service right away and the issue was fixed in mere seconds. We are totally impressed with Hope Mechanical and will use their services from now on for any heating or plumbing problems that arise. Anyone needing this type of service would be well advised to call them, too. Five stars are not enough! This was a follow up to our original service call. During the first call it was determined that some replacement parts were needed. The job was completed in a very professional manner and within the average price range for the service. We are very pleased with the service, courtesy and excellent work and recommend Hope Mechanical to anyone needing this type of work.
We placed the call first thing this morning once we got to the office. The technician was here within an hour and half. He inspected the plumbing and the septic system and was able to find the clod in the pipe to the septic system. Very friendly and thorough with his work would recommend them again
My heating system was short-cycling intermittently and then got stuck in the cycle for 9+ hours. They were able to fit me in between appointments and resolved the issue. Shawn explained the system triggers so I know what to look for in future, and also gave me tips on how to shut things down in case of emergency and ways to help the system run more efficiently. I so appreciate their quick response and their help in understanding the issue. I will definitely be calling on them again!
How service person was Shawn. On a Sunday no water. He came out was positive through the whole service call. Didn’t help we just got 6 inches of snow and temp was about 15 outside. Got us up and running in and hour and half. Awesome job by hope and Shawn. Thank you
