Uncle Tilo and his crew set up my system perfectly two years ago. I stupidly allowed my tank to run dry this August running a pool for my dog. After filling the tank, my pump had major issues due to air in the lines. Uncle Tilo came out not only once, but twice to help drain the air in the lines and "bleed the bladder." Fortunately, the pump survived and my system is back on track. He and his crew have AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am so grateful to be part of the Uncle Tilo community. I highly recommend not only utilizing their services, but learning from them along they way as they promote education and never make me feel incompetent for my lack of knowledge regarding rain water collection. They are the best and I am learning so much!
