Update: October 2025 My 2nd time this year using Eric from Quality Appliance Repair, but this time for my LG clothes dryer. I put in my request through Yelp and within 30 minutes, got a response and Eric said he could come in the afternoon after his other job. My mom already had a doctor's appt., therefore he said he could come tomorrow on a Saturday ... talk about service. He arrived promptly, took my dryer apart, ran some test and located the problem and needed to order the part. Meanwhile, he went to his vehicle and said he's going to check if he has a used part, if so, then I could use my dryer for now, until the new part comes in hopefully next week. Lucky me, he found one, installed it and showed me its heating up for now. Part came in that week and Eric got my LG clothes dryer up and running like new. Eric takes pride in his company, is knowledgeable, outstanding service and reasonable pricing. I have no reservations in referring him to all my family, friends & community! Thank you Eric ... You da best! Now days, it's hard to find companies & its people who are attentive in being service oriented, professional, knowledgable & friendly. I found Quality Appliance Repair & Service on Yelp and Eric called me back within the hour and said, he can come after his next job and came to inspect my washer within 2-3 hrs. all within the same day ... now that's what I call superb response and service. Eric quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem and gave me options. He was very honest and being that it was the transmission and parts for my particular washer would probably be more than buying a new washer, although they don't make them like before. I would highly recommend and refer Eric from Quality Appliance Repair & Service and am so happy to have found my appliance repair person for any future services.
