TV Specialty Shop

Timothy did an excellent job mounting our 85-inch tv above our brick fireplace. We purchased the tv thinking that it would be rather simple finding someone to mount it onto the brick. Needless to say, we couldn't find anyone local and were thinking we would never be able to mount the tv ourselves. We called TV Specialty Shop, which is about an hour away from us, and they immediately agreed to come out. They did a great job mounting this giant, heavy television and made sure everything worked before leaving. I can't recommend them enough!

Our new LG Tv would not power on. I contacted LG who set me up for warranty repair with TV Specialty Shop. When I first spoke to them, they knew the issue and immediately ordered parts which was confirmed by text. When the parts arrived, an appointment was scheduled. Tim was the technician. Tim was on time, very courteous, fast and explained everything in detail. He didn't leave until the TV was reprogrammed and made sure to answer all questions I had. The interaction from beginning to end was excellent.

My TV sound system stopped working properly and I was unable to locate the issue myself. Tim fixed it in short order. Talking to him further, I discovered he has broad knowledge and skills and works on small issues like mine as well as high-end, complex home theater systems. Very friendly and prides himself in doing quality work.

Timothy and Charles are incredible at what they do. They find solutions to problems when installing that are creative and make your set up look amazing. They have great attention to detail. Cannot recommend them more highly, absolutely awesome!!

Tim was absolutely fantastic and got our TV fixed right up! It was still under warranty and he took care of all the paperwork and made it super easy. He was also extremely respectful of our preferences and happily wore a mask when I requested it. He knew exactly what he was doing (he mentioned having been in the industry for over 20 years) and fixed the issue perfectly. I highly recommend this place! It’s never fun having something break, but Tim was a delight and made the repair process so much better than it could have been. I’d give him ten stars if I could!
