I brought my dell laptop in because it fell and Daniel looked at it and said it could not be repaired. So he showed me a good quality hp laptop that was reasonably priced. He was very efficient and patient with me showing me how to navigate around and answered my questions. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future. Daniel is great!

I dreaded taking a computer in for a repair. After reading prior reviews, I gave Turner Computers a shot. Super friendly and attentive to the issues, without the condescending smarter than thou attitude you can get at a big box store. Daniel was confident and reassuring about what he could do for my slow laptop. He was fast and efficient. My laptop is running as good as ever. Price was very reasonable. I took my HP All in One computer to be fixed. Every time I called I was told they were waiting on parts. After 6 weeks I got a call in the late afternoon that my computer could not be fixed. They suggested I buy a new one. I had already paid $180 for parts and labor. I informed them I would be picking up my computer the next day. In the morning I received a call that my computer was fixed! It was a miracle! The computer isn't fixed and has more issues than when I first dropped it off.

We showed up looking to get a drive cloned over on an old 2015 office desktop, and we left with a refurbished replacement for even cheaper than it would have been to give it a checkup. Maurice was the one that helped us, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and very willing to help us get exactly what we needed. Fantastic service, I'll likely be returning here. As someone reasonably knowledgeable about computers myself, I can easily say this is a very trustworthy, kind and affordable business.
