Made an appointment to drop my phone off for a quick screen repair. After having my phone for 7 hours, I called to see if the work was done and they said “we were just about to call you and say we couldn’t work on it because we had a more complicated repair.” Won’t be coming here again for anything, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. I understand that things outside of control come up, but their communication was non-existent, and that’s why they get this poor review.

My wife and I went here. She had a lap top issue and I had a software problem with my “smart” Celestron CPC800 Telescope. One guy Adam helped my wife, and Ian helped me with my telescope. I carried in the rather large complex telescope and plopped it on the counter. Ian went into super nerd mode ( which I loved ). His eyes widened and he said “cool, this will be exciting”. And it was. He FIXED IT! He dove in like kid in a candy store. He was smart and enthusiastic. Thanks so much guys.

Ian who works here is absolutely incredible. I got a new phone from AT&T. They COULD NOT make it work and said I would have to do a warranty claim and it would be a nightmare. They told me to come over here first. I brought the new phone and the old phone. Ian made it work (I still have no idea why AT&T nor myself could do it but Ian CLEARLY knows what he is doing). I was in tears before this experience (not phone related - just life related). Ian made me feel comfortable, he was efficient, was personable, and I did pay for his time. had windows 10 issues and brought my computer in to them. i dealt with both adam and ray. sharp guys, know what they are doing. my computer was fixed within 24 hours. just want to say you can trust this place and they are reasonably priced as well. would recommend them highly. this is the third time i have used their services and i have never been dissappointed.
