TruGreen Lawn Care

Have been having trugreen service my lawn and shrubs for 4 years now.Service provided has been great maintaining my shrubs.My lawn is doing better and service is maintaining a better appearance.

Appointment keeps showing up then disappearing saying no service scheduled. Last treatment was 4/18. Adding this comment to hopefully have a call from the actual office. The 1-800 number was no help. Update 6/9/2025: Bad experience yet again. Huge portions of the lawn missed and looks like they were started then stopped.

I have a commercial account, since my lakeside property is also a VRBO business. Any service company I use in the upkeep of my property I consider a business partner. My contacts at TruGreen fulfill that role beautifully. If I have a question or issue, the response is quick and thorough. I am fortunate in that I've had the same technician for the past two seasons, and he takes a personal interest in any issues that arise. I always feel heard and respected across all contacts at TruGreen. And, my lawn looks great and thrives beautifully! Isn't that what this is all about?

Eli was awesome! He made sure we knew what was being done and executed in good time. We are so pleased with how our lawn looks now! A year ago with all the rain we had during the summer we were basically down to mud. TruGreen and their awesome workers have made this lawn look wonderful again. I hired this firm at its Westbrook, Maine location on a trial basis, with no payment before the service was performed. They told me they had a great online system that would keep me updated on their arrival time the day of the service. This was critical because i have a gated privacy fence they cannot access without my being home. My dog is usually outside, and i would have to bring him inside before Trugreen arrived. They gave me an eta of 11 am, then it changed and after my final call to them they could not even find a time in their system. However, they billed me and continue to bill me for work never done and a contract i never signed up for. They refuse to stop billing despite the facts noted above.
