With the purchase of a classic Cape Cod in Portland, it had been decades since the landscaping had been updated on our home. We worked with Jake and Land Plans to design the exterior, which included enhancing the landscape aesthetic, expanding the driveway to accommodate more than two cars, replacing the entrance and side stairs, expanding the hardscape and patio, and leveling the backyard with new sod. From the time the plans were drawn until the start of the work took two years, and it was well worth the wait. We enjoyed our back patio more in its first week of installation than we did all summer. Jake is great to work with and is transparent in all decision-making. Not only do we love the final product, but all of our neighbors are in awe. We definitely recommend reaching out for your exterior needs!

The Audet Enterprises team did an incredible job with our project. They operated as the general contractor, leading two different foundations we had poured for a renovation at our home. Jake and Hooper were highly communicative, accommodating to our young family, worked very efficiently and finished our job ahead of schedule. The most remarkable part of our work with them was the comment from our neighbors - “they keep the cleanest job site I’ve ever seen!” We will definitely be using their services again.
