What a great job True Comfort Heat and Air done. Installed whole system. Very professional and helpful. Made sure I knew how to work the new thermostat before they left. They also put my new filter in for me because I couldn't reach it. Kind and thoughtful.

This is 3rd time we used them. Different problem each time. I have an older unit and they keep it going!. This time I'd been hearing a raddleing noise on blower fan, so I call this morning and they were on site within 30 minutes. Had part on van and was fixed by noon. System working great again. We use true comfort on 4 different properties. Very perfesstional techs. Great service and fair priced! CALL THEM
Five stars are simply not enough for True Comport Heat and Air. They're the definition of professionalism, ethical, and outstanding service. I had been dealing with an issue since July 7, 2025 with my evaporator coil dripping and no one could figure it out. During this time, I had a new evaporator coil, & plenum installed. We tried non-restrictive filters, I bought a dehumidifier and nothing worked. I decided that it was time since the company I was using had no clue of what was going on. It was truly a complicated issue. So, on Tuesday, September 17, 2025 I decided that I needed someone who was an American Standard dealer with field service technicians that they might contact with this unique complicated situation and who stood out with positive reviews. I called True Comfort Heat and Air and spoke with Alyssa explaining my situation. She was very understanding and connected me to James who's the owner. James was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. It was obvious to me that I had found exactly who I needed to tackle such a difficult job. Since I had been using another company since July, James was careful to agree to such a job due to concerns regarding the ethics of me having used another company over the last 2 months, in which I was immediately impressed. I gave him some time to think on it and called back and had an appointment made for Tuesday September 23, 2025 in which he agreed to tackle the problem. James was punctual, very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and observed my assessment data and what had been done so far. I can say that without a shadow of doubt that this young man knows his business. He performed thorough testing and gathered his assessment data to relay to his American Standard field technician. Thursday September 23, Alyssa texted me confirming that James would be able to come back on Monday the 29th. James showed up with Hunter, another technician who also possessed excellent knowledge, and after going over with me their plan to check the sub heat/sub cool insuring the system had the correct freon charge, and spray down the new evaporator coil with a dry cleaning foam, that might possibly have an oil residue preventing the water from running down the fins to the pan and, causing it to drip into the plenum. These two gentlemen were an example of perfection at their job and genuinely serious about turning over every stone to figure out this issue. I'm very happy to say that as of today, Saturday October 4, 2025 there has not been one drop in either pan. This is the first time since July that I've gone 4 days without a single drip! James has stayed up with the situation and I have been texting him daily letting him know the status. So, with all that said, I would hands down highly recommend True Comfort Heat and Air, especially if you want individuals who run their company with unwavering integrity, honest pricing, transparency and high professional standards.
I have been very impressed with True Comfort Heat and Air. James along with his crew have shown nothing but professionalism, expertise, punctuality, along with excellent communication. James along with his technicians, are courteous, knowledgeable, and explain in detail what they are doing and what they believe through the appropriate assessment and diagnostic testing should be done in order to repair the system. I have been dealing with a situation that no one else has been able to figure out since July 7, 2025. James has worked very hard along with his technicians performing the appropriate assessment and diagnostics while working closely with his American Standard field representative in order to troubleshoot a difficult situation. On November 4, 2025, he sent Hunter and Micah out who replaced the return duct that had been installed with the system that was too small with a 14" metal duct to decrease the static pressure. Both technicians did an excellent job with uninstalling the smaller duct and custom fitting the new metal duct that was 2" larger. I most definitely recommend this company.
