I called Monday morning and left a voicemail but never got a response. So I called back Tuesday and got a wonderful response. The woman I talked to did a great job gathering information and gettin a technician to me promptly. Landon, the technician, was efficient and professional in replacing my leaky water heater. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Didn't do me a bit of good.He couldn't fix it so he blamed it on septic tank being full. I had two septic services come both said didn't need no pumping wasn't fill.His young men ran a Auger through that didn't work so they went got a bigger one.Toiket still wouldn't flush.Now he came to my house to pick up money.He is turning me over to collection.He didn't do the job I hired him to do.
Called Fred Weston from a neighbors recommendation. We have called them before for two other issues.. we bought a used house that was neglected so we had a lot of things to repair. This winter We had a faucet that sprung a leak this past deep freeze. They came out quickly and resolved the issue. He offered to check under our crawl space to make sure it was all set. He found where we had a small leak. Showed pictures and video.. He offered his services which I greatly accepted., I thought it meant a new appointment but he said he could do it right now. Perfect! I have nothing but excellent reviews for this company. They are honest and show you exactly what the issue is and how they plan to fix it making you part of the decision process.
Landon did a great job changing my propane hot water heater to an electric one. He communicated well and was on time, arranged for the electrical work to be done at the same time with an electrician. He did his work fast and neat. Answered all my questions and was friendly.
My regular wonderful plumber was booked solid so they recommended I call Fred Weston for my emergency and they got me on the schedule quickly and solved my issue with speed and Precision the problem explained how to purchase the product that we needed, which was just a knob and send an email so that we can get the correct one when we go shopping with directions and how to put it on. That was wonderful thing. Thank you Fred Weston Plumbing I will call you again when my regular plumber Is too booked up .
