This was the first time I had service done by Triple Play Home Services, and I hired them for two houses that I own. The same tech serviced both houses (Michael White). Michael did a very thorough service and cleaning. For one of the houses, this was the first time servicing the unit since we moved in last year. He discovered a capacitor that was bad and was able to replace it quickly because he had the necessary part on the truck. He showed me the reading on the meter and I would know if he was just trying to up-sell. He was telling the truth: the capacitor needed replaced. He explained how a bad capacitor would lead to high electricity bills so replacing it would greatly reduce bills. Last year we topped $300 several times, so hopefully he is right. Overall, Michael was very polite and knowledgeable. He is welcome to be our regular tech from now on, but if the other techs are as good as Michael then I know our hvac system is in good hands whoever comes. Thank you.
