Jr. took very good care of our A/C & Heater unit today, that Norman Air put in last year. We added an upgrade for allergies/ polen filter with UV light today. I thought the price was great and will help us with our allergy suffering. Jr. explained everything in a way I could understand well. All in all great service! I am also glad, we signed up for their maintenance program last year. I highly recommend Jr. and Norman Air.
Jake was great. He explained what he was going to do before he started work. He answered questions and concerns in terms I understood. When finished. He reported the condition of my unit and made recommendations to improve the longevity of my HVAC unit.
Responded quickly when we needed our AC fixed. Communicated very clearly and were up front and honest with everything that needed to be done. Pricing was great, and there were no hidden fees. I got exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend.
