What really impressed me was his attention to detail. He didn't just "hook it up"; he cleaned up the existing plumbing, ensured all pipes were properly insulated, and positioned everything so that the parts are easily serviceable in the future. He even discovered some "builder-grade" issues with the original plumbing and made on-the-fly adjustments to ensure the entire house now has softened water. Thomas is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to show me exactly how to operate the system before he left.
