This is my second time using JM&A. If I could give six stars, I would. Professional, responsive, efficient, extremely fair, and above all, HIGHLY COMPETENT. John helped me find a solution this time that was certainly more in my best interests than his. Who said integrity was dead??
I had an Lg french door compressor go bad in November during Thanksgiving Tom came to my house replaced it but it went out again 3 more times, Tom came each time, he tried each time to get it going, it worked temporarily each time then it would go out again ,I couldn't get angry I saw how hard Tom was trying to fix my refrigerator its not his fault he explain the leakage and compressor issues very clearly to me , Tom is so knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend him and his company . I finally ended up calling Lg for a refund. .
Cannot recommend this place enough! Although it took two trips because of parts, the service tech not only arrived in a timely manner, but he also called ahead, well in advance. I had to reschedule the second trip and they were super accommodating. They were contracted through Lowe’s and I will absolutely reach out to them directly if need be.
Rarely do I have such an experience to share as I do today. Your tech Tom, arrived on time this morning. He was professional and friendly, and he did an excellent quality job, taking every measure to ensure that the job was done well. He informed us that he would follow up with us the next day to ensure that all was working properly. It is not often you find someone who clearly takes pride in their work and we greatly appreciate it! We highly recommend your company! Thank you, The Williams
I called about an issue with my Kenmore refrigerator and they were able to come out the same day, which was a lifesaver.
