Trident provided an exceptional experience from the moment we discovered a leak in our water heater on Sunday night. By Monday afternoon, our brand new unit had been installed. Scotty and Sergio, the technicians, were incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were well-informed about our purchase and the services they provided. Always a great experience with Trident plumbing! Their staff, professionalism and quality work are always excellent. I feel like their prices are reasonable and they don’t add in all sorts of fees or up charges. Today, Tyler replaced our water heater and he was professional and very efficient with getting us back up and running. He provided recommendations on how to extend the life of the new unit. I recently underwent surgery and during my recuperation, there was someone at my front door. It was a gentleman I've used on and off over the past few months, wanting to know if I had any work for him now in March, before he was scheduled with me in April, I told him, not at this time, but before he left, he pointed out a leak (with standing water) at my front hose bib, and then he said he could fix it for me for $xxx, and that he'd buy all the materials, no charge. I called Trident to set up a an appointment for a quote on a new laundry sink supply, faucet and drain install. The price was reasonable and they were able to take care of it right after. The work was done well and the whole experience felt professional. This is my first time working with Trident plumbing and I believe I will come back to them for any future plumbing needs.
