Greg did not fix the problem my Generac is still not working and have not worked since Nov 19, 2025. He told be it need a Rotor part on December 31. Will take 2 weeks to order the part. He just now coming out to try to fix it today March 3. Come to find out he did not bring the new part with him today. So he told me he got to order the same part he was supposed to have ordered ack in December. I am still sitting here with no generator going on 5 months. I am very disappointed after I paid 14,700 for this product and Tri State cannot fix it. Why I cannot get a new one I which someone tell me instead of selling me dreams. Someone needs to step... Kevin May came out and performed a checkup service on my generator, and did an amazing job. After he was done he explained everything he did and all the work and checks that were performed. He was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about everything. I cant recommend him enough
