Tri-City installed a new drain field at my residence back in February of 2024. They explained everything upfront and did exactly what they quoted. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work completed. I would recommend Tri-City for any of your septic system needs.
We were having major drain field issues, and feel very fortunate that we called Tri-City.
From the initial visit for an assessment and quote, they were open, frank, and put no pressure on us. We felt their opinions and advice were very reasonable and the issues, pros, and cons of each option were presented well so we could make the best decision.
Quotes were easy to get, and they were very prompt with replies and scheduling.
The work was done well, and the team was very friendly and courteous. They took time to keep us in the loop throughout the work (adding a pump tank to our septic and installing a new drain field).
We have a 3 year old who loves watching "the worker men" and they took time to talk to him when we were outside as well.
The job took 2 days, and they were non-stop.
At completion we had a chat about what to expect, and what we could do to help keep the field in the best condition we can for it to have a long life.
I would absolutely recommend Tri-City to anyone. The prices were good, and the people were better.
They will absolutely treat you right if you use them.
All around amazing experience with Tri-City septic.
They replaced my septic drain field in a day, showed up on time for the work and the quote. Quick turn around. Very fair pricing. Walked me through the process. Kept me informed throughout the process. I’m beyond pleased with their service. If you’re looking for an honest, hard working, trustworthy septic company look no further. 11/10 stars! Thank you again guys.
Tylen and the two other guys who were out here were great. What we thought was going to be a quick one day job turned into two due to my old septic tank being no good and basically collapsing. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all questions asked were answered with no hesitation. They respected my property and worked super hard. I appreciate them fixing my problem and letting me know about the tank. They were originally supposed to just replace the drain field. They could have done that then left me with the issue of the tank and never said a word and have to come back in the future for a new tank. Honest people I felt like. Thanks again!
He did a great job finding the root cause for septic issues we’ve had for 10+ years.
Our drain field didn’t drain because the cheap builder that built the house 24 yrs ago used shredded tires instead of gravel - despite the DHEC permit specifying rock gravel. They used tires because it’s more “environmentally friendly” and cheaper and because DHEC rarely checks behind to verify (how can they if they cover the ditch up the same day they dug it?).
Over the years, dirt settled and the rubber tire shreds compressed blocking water flow. Who knew that rubber is actually compressible and may collapse the very pockets that are supposed to allow water to flow out of my home (sarcasm). How is sewage backing up into my home on my family good for the environment?! It’s crap like this that that shreds tree huggers credibility.
Tri-City installed a leach chamber that should last a long time. They did the job quickly and accurately. They even installed a riser at the tank inlet to make pumping it out quick and easy, which reduces the cost of all future pumpings.
I wished I had called them several years ago but I kept putting it off. Don’t make the same mistake I made, call Tri-City.
