One of the men came to my house for an inspection, he was very rude to my wife and acted like her asking questions was a bother to him as he had "4 more houses to see before dark" and couldn't be bothered. He acted like a bully to her and when I talked to him the next day he was very rude too, and was basically saying my wife was a liar. I would steer clear of this company, there are other options in Anderson a lot better than them.

I always look to work with more local businesses in whatever area I am at but that has proven to be a mistake with this company. I tried to reach out to them to have one of my family properties serviced but the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. She had a very mean attitude all while people in the background laughed. She insisted I identify myself when the only question I had asked at that point was if I had the right company. She never even answered my question when all I needed at the time was to make sure i had the right number since there was no introduction on their part. In the end I hung up and chose to call a different company. If this is how they react to a potential client then there is no way I would want to work with them. Whoever that receptionist was needs to either be fired or get a major attitude adjustment. I hope that particular receptionist sees this review and learns that THIS IS NOT HOW YOU INTRODUCTION YOURSELF TO A POTENTIAL CLIENT.
