Their team consistently goes above and beyond, not just in helping me choose the right gear, but in making sure I’m supported as a cyclist and as a person. After a recent accident and surgery, they recognized me in the parking lot and came outside so I wouldn’t have to struggle getting in and out of the store. They brought my order out, asked how I was doing, and made the whole experience effortless. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.
