The staff is incredible and experienced. Even before making a purchase, they were willing to help and answer questions. Once I bought a bike that they helped me decide on, I got more than what I paid for with great service and amenities. The employees are experienced cyclists too, so they know what they are talking about. They will give you tips on riding and maintaining your bike. I have been telling people about them because they are excellent.
John Brown provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and did not try to upsell me on unneeded products when I brought a 30-yr old Trek 800 in for service. He was very professional, personable, and the bike was ready when promised. Great experience!
I bought my bike almost 20 years ago in Arizona. It is a Gary Fischer Bike, and I have used it well over the past 20 years and it definitely needed some love and refurbishment. The work they performed was stellar. They were upfront on the price and gave me options to choose from. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have services done on there road or mountain bike.
Great customer service, turn around time for bike repairs and assembly is exactly what they tell you sometimes a day or two earlier. The guys in there is very kind and made sure you have all the information you need to purchase a bike or just repairs. The place is clean and my children loves the layout of all the different bikes and accessories. It's like a bike museum 😊 keep up the excellent work!
