Bike Mart

Took my almost brand new bike in this morning (2/18/26) around 10am for a couple of small things. Around 1pm got a text bike was ready. Got home after picking it up and pretty much the whole chain stay is full of scratches. Called the shop and not a single " damn man sorry bring it back will take care of you " from whoever answer the phone. This why i dislike shops because they do not care about people's property. Never again bike mart!!!

I went in the Friday before Labor Day and was greeted by Tom. My old bike was too small for me and was giving me back pain. Tom showed me several different bikes explaining each one to me. I had mentioned that I was interested in the Trek Verve. They had a Verve 2 in the store for me to look at. It wasn't the right size, so Tom told me he could look at their other stores for one in my size. So he had one transferred in from a Dallas store. It came in a day earlier than expected. I went in after work and Tom let me take for a test ride. After I rode it a couple times, Tom asked if it was the right bike for me. Telling me that I wasn't obligated to buy it if it wasn't the right bike. It turns out it is! It's very comfortable and I took it on an 18 mile ride today. I haven't been able to do that in years.
