Fort Worth iPhone Repairs

I would avoid this place. The guy working there was so rude. (And believe me, I understand that some customers come in with a bad attitude and it might be tempting to give them attitude back, but I was pleasant-I promise!) He partly fixed my problem. When I came back the next day to explain that it wasn’t working quite right, he acted like I was inconveniencing him, said he could order a specialty part in about a week. I took my phone to Cellular King in La Gran Plaza instead-they were pleasant, fixed my phone on the spot, and mentioned that the previous repair had not been done correctly.

I had a bad experience with this place. I went there to replace the screen and the battery. The “new” battery was not original and had just 75% health. He then said that it was Apple’s fault, that they cheat so that non-original stuff runs badly. So why would you sell that service without letting the costumer know beforehand about this cons? It was almost 100$! The battery was actually worst than the previous one, and he refused to refund me saying that my old original battery was in the thrash. Finally, he told me that we are 4 generations behind and it is what it is. The screen replacement was okay! I guess that’s their flagship. I wouldn’t trust this place for anything else than that.
