Didn't know much about banjo strings, which is what I needed. They sold me the wrong kind, then refused to refund my money, although they failed to give me a receipt or let me know I only had 3 days to come back for a refund.

Some of the workers are kind of condescending. Just because it’s a music store they think the customer will know every single technical term for items. As an employee you’re supposed to help the customer, not make them feel unwelcome. Won’t shop here again. Specifically, because of the guy with the glasses (think he’s a manager) making faces when a friend and I were asking questions for a purchase. I’ve never done a review before but this guy got me pretty upset so I had to. This was the second instance btw. He’s done the same before.
