Not welcoming at all nor professional. Front desk was some-what welcoming. Provider didn’t even greet me when called back or called by my name. She seemed as if i was an inconvenience to her day. Recommend facility to reevaluate their facility.
Do not recommend, ESPECIALLY if you're from out of town. I had scheduled a hearing test for my daughter through their receptionist, I work in medical so I MADE SURE to ask if I had everything completed for said appointment. She said yes. I get a call TWO DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT ,telling me my schools referral won't work that I need a different one from her PCP. I had this appointment scheduled THREE MONTHS prior to this call of them telling me this new found information. Highly unprofessional!!! 0 stars for Jacob as well who tried to place blame on me instead of his incompetent receptionist who should be verifying PT information AT THE VERY LEAST, TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE .Smh. don't waste your time here.
Excellent service, Dr. Rodriguez was very helpeful with my hearing aid molds replacement. Only charged me 75.00 per mold due to issues of my insurance. The office is up and running again after the horrific flood we had last year, I most definitely will recomend Dr. Rodriguez Audiologist to anyone and everyone, to your hearing test or hearing aids needs... Thank you, Dr. Rodriguez...
