We finished our new build this year and Brianna has helped me design and purchase ALL the plumbing fixtures for my home - this including vanities, toilets, sinks, faucets, tubs and even my kitchen cabinet hardware. Excellent experience - high quality products at competitive prices, and terrific customer service. Called Torrco recently for a bathroom remodel on a timeline after my mom had a great experience with Torrco many years ago. Reviews of tubs from big box stores were terrible. Brianna from Torrco Waterbury was knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectations. She kindly provided ideas and information in a timely manner. Our American Standard tub from Torrco was delivered yesterday. It is beautiful, looks high-end, from an excellent, high-quality brand, and a better price than I was ready to pay at the big box store. Delivery to another part of the state was also easy and very affordable. Highly recommend!!!
