These guys literally saved Christmas. My HVAC blower died on Dec 26 at 5am, and I was able to get the right part from FW Webb, install it, and get the heat back on by 9am. Life savers!

Ordered filters for my reverse osmosis system in April. Worked with a guy named Gerry. Had to call multiple times to check, each time he would say something like 'oh thats odd, hang on a sec let me call you right back." Then would never call back. My voicemail went unanswered. Finally its the end of June and I had to request a refund. Hung up on me by the end of the call. Not sure if its amnesia or poor business. Update: The general manager called me a few hours later and offered to see to the transaction personally, and that he spoke with the employee.
Trying to fix my furnace before the snow storm as nobody what’s to work anymore. After troubleshooting my garbage it was determined I needed a Hydrolevel 170sv unit I was notified by another FW Webb store that Waterbury had (4) in stock After diving 30 minutes and entering the parts counter ; I was greeted by the most arrogant employee named George who would not sell me this item. George rattled on stating I need a license to buy the part. I purchased the hydro level from a different store , No problem… Perhaps the owner and Gorge in the Waterbury store need to be educated on Connecticut law and statutes. CT LICENSING EXEMPTION The statutes exempt anyone installing, maintaining, repairing, or servicing electrical, plumbing, fire protection sprinkler systems, solar, and heating and cooling equipment in and about a single-family residence the individual owns and occupies (CGS § 20-340(11)).
