Tanner was fantastic. He was on time, communicated very well, is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and has excellent customer relation skills. He was able to diagnose and fix both issues with ease. Top Notch provides the best Technical knowledge and Service. I have used them several times and it’s always been a positive experience.
We have been debating about getting a new machine or fixing the old one. After reading all the bad reviews for a new washer, and a friend referring me to Top Notch. I got a quote from Brian. I decided fixing our old front loader was worth it over a band new top loader. Brian & Jennifer both did a great job of communicating before arrival and the day of.
