We called for a dryer vent cleaning, as it had been a couple of years. Tyson came by and did a great job. He was informative and got the work done in less time than he thought it would take. At the end, he clearly explained what he saw and did for us. I highly recommend Top Hat.
Fantastic service and a job well done. Service person was amazing! Resolved all issues and really went above and beyond to make sure our dryer vents were working properly. Not my first time using Top Hat and it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!
Tyson was great! Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He performed the scheduled maintenance and additional unexpected repairs in a timely manner with great care for my schedule. Repairs included replacing the back panel of my fireplace and the gas igniter rod.
Push the button and it fires up. Couldn’t ask for more! Great communication! Retract. Didn’t work day after and they told me I need to purchase new kit. Called Someone else and they got it working in 15 minutes. Been on for 4 hours now.
Beyond excellent! Tyson took the time to do it right! Also he handled our somewhat unique fireplace situation with aplomb! Very friendly and thorough. Just can’t recommend him too highly. Also, Top Hat is great at communicating without being pesky. And they don’t do work that isn’t necessary. 👏👏👏
