I’ve been trying to return a lens I’ve purchased from them but they keep giving me the run around when I ask for a return label. I’ve called them everyday since I only have 14 days to return it but they always suggest that the one person that can send me the label “just left for the day”. I’m not sure why they even bother maintaining an online storefront if they only have one person that knows how to process a return. It looks like I’m going to have drive 3 hours to return this lens now. You’re better off taking your business to B&H if you want competent customer service.
