Requested conversion of fiberglass surround tub & shower to walk-in shower for my disabled 84-year old mother-in-law (MIL). Denise was awesome over the phone giving me a very reasonable quote after i sent pics and described what was looking for. She set the appointment for work to be 1 - 3 days depending if I wanted the cutout only, add the refinsh for second day (optional) and add grab bars third day (optional). On Monday William Arnold came out and discussed the entire project making sure our concerns were addressed. He then proceded with the cutout and repair work. Looked great & I said let's go for the refinish and grab bars. On Tuesday he prepped bathroom & sprayed refinish coating over old surround & new work. On Wednesday he cleaned up everything, installed handicap grab bars to suit my MIL's stature. He explained the entire process, had me review his work each day, and went out of his way to show customer important to him. The military discount he offered me sealed the deal. Very affordable, work is outstanding to look at and he cleaned up evrything well. I highly recommend this company. MIL can't wait to try it out!!!

Todd’s Repair was FANTASTIC! My kid slipped in the shower on Friday and cracked our tub with his knee when he fell. They immediately quoted us off of a photo and scheduled someone to come out and do the repair on Monday and Tuesday. I called around to get comparable quotes and didn’t even get to a number as they were all booked up and couldn’t do the work until January. They did an amazing job at a great price with fantastic communication and customer service. Both techs who came were kind and did excellent work. Wins all around!
