I was referred to APR by my original mechanic because I have a BMW and he’s limited in what he can work on. I was told I needed a master mechanic who specializes in European cars, and I was honestly very nervous about going somewhere new since I’ve been with my mechanic for the past 20 years. From the beginning, Peter communicated with me throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. I did end up needing some extensive work done, which is always stressful, but Peter really helped put everything into perspective and kept my stress levels way down. When I picked up my car, he didn’t just hand me the bill and the keys and send me on my way…he took the time to explain exactly what was done and even showed me.
