Starting with our first phone call, this has been an outstanding experience. We met Mike and his wife Deb at their show room on a Saturday morning, to kind of get a feel for the company. Mario, their estimator/salesman had already came over and we felt good after meeting him, but we just wanted a little more reassurance. As it turns out, this is one super well run company. After setting up a date to begin the project, picking out colors, etc, it was just sit back and let Elegant do what they do best. Finally the start date arrived and we met Felipe, whose crew would perform the modifications. After going over the particulars, the project suddenly started looking real. First came the demo, then the rough in. This was day one! New shower valve, pee trap, and roughing out the nitches in the shower. Day two saw the wall board and waterproofing go in. When the waterproofing dried, tile immediately stated happening. The tile installed Ricardo asked us for our input on every thing he did. He said he wanted it to be 'our dream', which it is now. Btw, dat 2 was NYE, and Ricardo worked until 4 PM, even though it was a holiday. Day three saw the bench built up, tile finished being laid on the bench walls and nitches, and Ricardo also installed new vanity faucets , and grab bars for us, Saturday, Ricardo came in and finished the project. As he left, he hand washed all the hallways, doors, EVERYWHERE with a sponge and clean water. Then picked up EVERY SMALL SCAP, and washed our courtyard spotless. I cant stress how everything we asked for was done with respect and care. Our dream hall bath, though modest, transformed an existing tub and shower to a very functional custom shower! Thanks again to Mike, Deb, Mario, Felipe, and especially the installer Ricardo! GREAT JOB!
