Had them install an auxiliary fuel tank toolbox combo with an electric pump they drilled into my fusebox and did a poor job of connecting power to the pump. When I picked up my truck, the gauge cluster did not work and later found out the windshield wipers did not work as well. On a 2012 Ford truck with 88k miles and Rick blamed it on everything under the sun except his negligence even though the truck never left his possession. Rick had my truck for 5 months with no answers. I feel like he just thought I'd disappear. I had to eventually go get my truck and take it to foss Ford, who put a new cluster in it. They told me the old gauge cluster likely was burnt by an electric current. Rick still denied any responsibility and refused to pay for the repairs of the damages they did. I should have listened to the people who warned me about Rick, but lesson learned they will not get any more of my business on my pickups or semis.
