I highly recommend this shop. My trailblazer was going into limp mode (would lose power) and abs light would come on. Had to stop and turn it off for 10 seconds to reset it. Drove through 5 states and 800 miles doing this, while calling tons of shops along our route and nobody would get me in. The Chevrolet dealer there recommended this shop and I could not have been happier with them. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle that day! Was the throttle body and position sensor. Thank you guys so much for getting us back on the road quickly!!!

We were on a girls trip and were about 12 hours in and still had about 12.5 hours left to our destination and broke down. With no family or knowing anyone in the area we had no idea what we were about to do! We stopped by Orielly's and checked to see if they could help us find the issue and they thought they knew and got us the part to get it fixed and set us up to get in with these amazing guys! They all went above and beyond to get us up and going again. We had thought we knew the issue but it was something else and they couldn't find a part that was available so they did what they could to get us going and to our destination! They squeezed us in last min and they were all so amazing and helpful the entire time! Said they wont send us out in something that they wouldn't want their daughter in and they stuck to it! We were able to get the rest of the trip finished and back home safe and sound! We couldn't be more grateful for such caring and knowledgeable men!! Thank you all so much! Highly recommended!

My family and I were out of towner’s just traveling through Liberal. We called this shop just after they opened because our heater wasn’t blowing hot air (it was November) and we were cold. These guys got us in ASAP even though they were booked which we did not expect. They fixed the problem kindly with no complaints. Every single person; receptionist, the mechanics and the owner were all out-of-their way kind and just a joy to be around. And they were very honest. We appreciate them greatly! Thank you, all!

It was Late June when I was stranded with my car not starting at the store at 6am in the morning. My husband was in ICU at the time and not knowing what to do , I had it towed back to the hospital. After calling many shops and speaking to several mechanics, I had 4 different mechanics recommend "PERFECT TIMING". That is where they towed my car. They kept it 4 days for me and still couldn't find one thing wrong with it! Ivy at the front desk was always professional and new the status of my car everytime I called. I was from out of state and when I picked up my car I asked how much and she said "oh no charge, we couldn't find anything wrong with it"!! I wanted to pay something for their time but she insisted "no mam"!! Now that is honesty! Thank you for your service Perfect Timing and I highly recommend this business!!
