I spoke with Tara. She was very knowledgeable and helpful compared to the 2 other companies I spoke with prior to TKO. Her knowledge and helpfulness ultimately pulled me to go with TKO. My Master Plumber was John. He executed the job as a skilled Master would. He was very respectful and professional over the phone. He cleaned up after he was finished and besides my new water heater you couldn't even tell he had been in my garage. Thank you Tara and John for your help and professionalism.
