Ali did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my HVAC issue. He quickly identified several issues related to the ceiling moisture leak and explained everything clearly. Ali was professional knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Ali for any HVAC repair needs!
Ali call me before arrival, it was late but I told him to come in. He checked the second floor and found that the wires were not hooked up. He hooked the wires up. He is an awesome technician, very professional!
Ali was absolutely amazing! He completed thorough troubleshooting and quickly identified several issues; the condensate unit wasn’t level, the inducer pipes were clogged, the zone wasn’t activating, and some of the wires on the dissipation board were mixed up. He truly was a lifesaver. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!
Ali came to our Covington Hub and took care of an issue we were having with a heat pump unit, he figured it out and got it taken care of. He is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I hope his employer values his tremendous contribution to this field. He well deserves the 5 stars review.
Ali was extremely professional and worked very hard to make sure everything was done correctly. Ali came very late into the night and worked for several hours fixing things that should have been done right the first time. This is the kind of person who makes a difference with companies and sets them apart. He finished around 8PM and even changed out my air filter due to the construction debris, sealed the HVAC condensation line that was left bare copper, changed out the damper control board, and fixed the bent damper unit itself. Amazing job and thank you again to Ali for your you professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work. Cheers.
