As an Interior Designer, I have had a fantastic experience working with Steve as my go-to general contractor for all my projects over the last several years. He is organized, communicative, and honest and runs his business with integrity. He keeps the projects moving, stays on schedule, and handles challenges without drama or excuses. The quality of his work and his subs speaks for itself. The craftsmanship is solid, the details are carefully handled, and nothing feels rushed or overlooked. Steve is always responsive, easy to reach, and clear about expectations and costs throughout the entire process. What I appreciate most is his steady approach. No surprises, no chaos — just consistent, professional management from start to finish. Building and renovating a home can be stressful, but Steve makes it feel manageable and straightforward. Not to mention...he is a super nice guy! I will continue to work with G and E again and again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who does what he says he’s going to do...and then some. Good contractors are hard to find and I have been lucky enough to work with one of the GREAT ones!
