I rented a Uhaul trailer from them and it was a great experience. From initial inquiry over the phone to picking up the trailer, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and polite. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future business! Great people and great service.
After selecting a repaired refrigerator unit and driving to Hutchinson to pick it up, it suddenly was no longer working. They then only offered me units out of my desired budget, and I caved because I needed a refrigerator right away. The unit I purchased failed to last even three months before it stopped working. Their repairs, if it can be called such, is only enough repair to make a sale, not provide a reliable service.
My husband and I ordered a freezer from Titan after calling all over Hutchison and Wichita looking for a garage rated upright. Titan was the ONLY business that knew their product and delivered and set it up promptly and professionally. They didn’t get lost either and we are hard to find. Will use them again! Thank goodness for good old fashioned customer service! Beats the heck out of Lowe’s and Home Depot!
This place is seriously the best appliance place I’ve ever done any kind of business with in my 30 years. Not only did they answer the phone with urgency, but they were so fast with follow up, with scheduling, as well as with the service call to my home. If anyone is questioning whether or not to do business with them, there should be no doubt. Professional, caring, prompt & clear communication!!! Absolutely thrilled with how they helped to diagnose the issues with my machine, repaired it, & kept communication the entire time. Can tell they absolutely care & are just kind & humble business owners, you don’t get that with big name stores EVER. (Picture posted is me smiling in excitement after my washer was fixed & a huge load of anxiety was taken off my chest, after having such a great experience with Titan)
Staff was prompt and careful when moving our items. Very easy to work with and kept us well informed of any problems or changes. I would absolutely recommend Titan Home Services for moving needs and would definitely use them again.
