I was disappointed. The day I went there, they had little inventory. I think just a few appliances a 1 set of table and chairs. The lady was very nice and apologized that they didn't have more. I asked how they get their inventory. She said usually from estate sales and donations, usually in the spring when things pick up. I recommend calling first to make sure they have choices!
I called around to multiple appliance stores around the state looking for something very specific and not the easiest ti obtain. The woman here (wish I caught her name), unlike the others I spoke with, was helpful, listened and worked hard to see if the part I needed was available and offered to make calls if it was not. She ended up having it, set it aside for me and cut me a good price. I highly recommend this store.
I had an appliance I purchased here still under warranty, couldn't be repaired, they More than made up for my loss w the replacement!! Will continue to do business here and highly recommend!! Great staff!! Great store!!
I have been a customer of bills app.. For years I love that they are so friendly and eagerly to help and go out of there way to do more then wat I asked. I really appreciate all the hard work u have provided for me. Josh and Levi are amazing workers and I believe the whole crew is wonderful. Again thank u
I have been to Bill's on numerous occasions for myself as well as co-workers. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There are a couple of competitors in town, but they can't beat Bill's prices and customer service. With appliance prices being as high as they are, it's nice to be able to get something gently used and know that it has been repaired, inspected, and tested with a 30 day warranty. Bill's delivered, installed, and relocated my old appliance at no extra charge (than delivery). When I have been in the store, I never feel rushed or bombarded by sales people. Associates are there to help if need be, and nearby if I wanted some time to think.
