I was shocked to see so many 1 stars! Complete opposite experience. Had kitchen fridge go out on us and been trying to nail down my 33” Fridge options for a couple weeks. Online ordering was exhausting. Didn’t even consider this store until all the big box stores disappointed by either lack of options or back orders. Couldn’t have been a better experience with A&A. Came in and stated what I needed dimension wise. Sales rep pulled up a make model of a Maytag that would work. In stock. Bought it. Loaded it. Installed it. Peeled the shiny new stickers off and we’re back in business!

Great people. Service is excellent. They are very helpful and know what they are doing. I ordered a part for my dishwasher and thought I could install it myself and I could not figure out how so they did it for me. No change.

Terrible experience. We hired Shawn to repair our commercial dryer—he promised a quick fix, but communication was awful and delays kept piling up. After multiple calls on my end and two weeks without a working dryer, he finally replaced the part, claiming it was fixed, only for the machine to stop shutting off properly. When we reported it, he blamed our tenant, refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused—while still demanding payment. We had to buy a new dryer thanks to Shawn for ruining our dryer.
