Tires Plus

I’m extremely grateful for the help I received today. He was kind and genuinely willing to help, which really lessened my stress. Small acts like this really make a big difference. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate it.

Called last minute for appointment at 3pm they had a full load of cars, but they took me; and the day before the big storm!! Checking prices of tires in the area and some couldn't get my (4) tires till late in the week; but Tires Plus, they had all (4) in stock! I waited 4 hours, but they even finished after closing just to get my Jeep fixed up! Kept me in the loop the whole time. Price was reasonable, 200$ more than Walmart but a better brand tire tread for the snow and still under 1000$ for a full set of tires; and I loved that I was Greeted with a smile and experienced the best customers service I ever had. He was eager to service my vehicle, and I felt well taken care of. There were only two working mechanics on shift for all those cars so I could understand why it took so long. The store manager also told me he takes my CNF credit card I use at Firestone! that was great due to Holiday expenses! I usually go every year to Firestone, not anymore; Tires Plus is my new Tire place!

I had a puncture in one of my tires and I was thinking oh boy, replacing 2 tires? No not necessary, it can be repaired. Yes, that's great ! Thanks for your expert help & helping me save money.

Friendly, Professional, and Accomodating I'd called on a Saturday to check avaiability for a brake pad & rotor check as well as possible alignment. I asked for an appointment as I live about an hour away and they were able to schedule me in for 10am the upcoming Monday. On Monday I arrived early at 9:20 am knowing that my appointment was still 40 minutes away. Despite being early, they checked me in right away and allowed me to wait in the lobby with the free wifi. Approximately 10:15am they advised me of the maintanence required and provided a cost quote (of both time and money) for the parks and work. They also offered a few additional services (cabin filter, windshield wiper replacements, etc) and were honest about what would be considered critical and what was just for convenience. After selecting what parts and services I wanted, they put in the order and went right to work. As I waited in the lobby, I kept an eye out for the other types of transactions other customers had with the representitves behind the counter. This is what truly earned the 5 stars, as there was very much a "human" element. They listened to people with compassion and understanding when they came in with unexpected issues. They gave advice to those asking questions without pressuring to make a purchase. It was just engagements of humans with problems talking to humans with expertise. Overall, it was nice to see a business attempting to make money by being helpful and building/maintaning loyalty rather than attempting to make money by pushing product.
