Service Department - Rydell Toyota of Grand Forks

As with all dealership service departments, I'm always hesitantly dubious about the diagnoses & "needs service" recommendations, Rydell Toyota did an excellent job in every area. Battery diagnoses & replacement, alignment & brake fluid replacement, shuttle & refreshments. My only recommendation is that the Rydell Toyota shop needs to up their 'refreshment game' and offer fresh baked cookies, just like the Rydell Honda/Nissan shop. 😁

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rydell Toyota! From the first phone call to get a quote to getting the tires put on the entire process was seamless! Tires came in really fast and they even price match if you find a better deal somewhere else. Friendly staff and service was outstanding. They even have a shuttle driver if you need a ride while your car is being serviced there. I enjoyed my experience so much that I’m going to start getting all my service needs (including my oil changes) done here! Thanks Rydell Toyota. 5 star service across the board! Love my new tires!
