Sorry to be posting this so late. A few months ago, I called about my dryer. The button was no longer connecting to turn it on. Jonathan came by and looked at it. Told me an easy way to by bass, being able to use it, but that the motor was going out. As soon as I had enough money to get one from him, I did. I didn't want to wait until I could no longer use the one I had. Jonathan brought me one of their used dryers. I'm not picky. Just want my clothes dried. The one he brought was sufficient. But at some point within the day, it started making a loud noise. I tried to get past it bc it was cheap and used. But then it got louder and faster. I recorded the noise and sent it in a text. I totally understand that people have lives. And waited for a response. I did end up calling him a few days later, I wasn't in a rush. And he did get back with me and brought out another dryer. He said he even checked it before he brought it to me with a load. 👏 👏 👏 It has been working perfectly ever since. I appreciate Jonathan and his brother and will definitely send people their way and continue to use them should I need to. Thanks, Jonathan! You definitely deserve your 5 stars for customer service.
