Cripe Heating & Air

Quite literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. When another company said I would need a total system replacement, we decided to get another opinion and we heard a lot of great things about Cripe. Tim came out and immediately realized we needed a part replaced that was still under warranty with the furnace company. We then had furnace failure due to another unrelated issue during a cold snap. Tim and Zach came out multiple times last minute to try and figure out the issue. The issue turned out to be something minor that was just overlooked for some reason. (We are all human it happens) Tim was super transparent about the mishap and was very fair about how to charge us for a mistake on their end. I trust this company to be fair and truthful about their services and would highly recommend them to anyone as knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks Cripe! 🙏🏻

Absolutely awesome. I've had them come out on two or three different time. Everytime they were so pleasant. They walked you threw the work they were doing very respectfully. I was so so overjoyed when I heard they were the ones assigned to my problem. It was fixed in no time. I've been telling people about Cripe they're truly PROFESSIONAL. Giving customers the comfort and help they need. Thank you again for always looking out for the customer. Last but sure not least I could go on and on about Cripe but they were also very good with time. Called to see if they could come even earlier than my appointment. Its 20 degrees outside and my family and I were without heat. I had heat working within the hour of Zach walking threw the door. He went and got parts and all. Tonight my family is snuggled sleeping comfortably in a warm home. Thank u Cripe
