Cripe Heating & Air

Quite literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. When another company said I would need a total system replacement, we decided to get another opinion and we heard a lot of great things about Cripe. Tim came out and immediately realized we needed a part replaced that was still under warranty with the furnace company. We then had furnace failure due to another unrelated issue during a cold snap. Heat went out and it’s starting to get cold again. Cripe was able to get us back up and running quickly. A breaker to furnace went out but it was one that was hard to find. Nice, timely, and good communication. This transaction was through a home warranty so I’m not sure what exact cost would be as I just had to pay a deductible.

Absolutely awesome. I've had them come out on two or three different time. Everytime they were so pleasant. They walked you threw the work they were doing very respectfully. I was so so overjoyed when I heard they were the ones assigned to my problem. It was fixed in no time. I've been telling people about Cripe they're truly PROFESSIONAL. Giving customers the comfort and help they need. Thank you again for always looking out for the customer. Last but sure not least I could go on and on about Cripe but they were also very good with time. Called to see if they could come even earlier than my appointment. Tim was incredible to work with! He was honest, helpful, and incredibly patient with me as I worked through multiple quotes and financing options. The two gentleman who came for the install, Rylan and Zack were also wonderful and very polite.
